Castle Rock

CASTLE ROCK COMMUNITY GARDENS- Located on North County, Castle Rock Community Gardens provide fresh vegetables to local food banks, assisted living facilities, local families, and the Castle Rock Senior Center. The Castle Rock community gardens is sponsored by Castle Rock School District and the CARE coalition.

Kalama

KALAMA HELPING HAND- is located on 191 Cloverdale Road. The Kalama Helping Hand serves as a local food and clothing bank.

Kelso

KELSO DOWNTOWN BRIDGE MARKET- is located on 351 Three Rivers Drive. Open May 7th though August 27th, they provide fresh local fruit and vegetables.

LOWER COLUMBIA SCHOOL GARDENS- The Lower Columbia School Gardens works with several Elementary and middle schools to develop their garden program. Through developing garden programs children and family's can bond through real food and hands on learning about gardening and cooking.

Longview

COWLITZ COMMUNITY FARMERS MARKET- is located on 7th Avenue. From April to October, every Saturday provides customers with farm fresh fruit, vegetables, entertainment, baked goods, and fun crafts for kids.

 

Includes: local fresh foods, entertainment, crafts, decor

FISH- FISH is a volunteer based Social Service Organization located on Commerce Ave. FISH helps people in need by providing assistance with prescriptions, food, dental emergencies, and  water bills.

Includes: social service assistance, food bank 

LONGVIEW COMMUNITY GARDEN- Located on 32nd Ave. is a community-wide based garden.

LOWER COLUMBIA CAP- Located on Commerce Ave. is a self-help program for low income families. They provide help in education, training, financial independence, transportation, housing, homelessness, senior services, and food. Together CAP's help brings a glimpse of hope for struggling families and individuals.

Includes: food, medical care, housing, financial help, transposition, education, training, helping the homelessness

SALVATION ARMY- Located on 10th Ave., Salvation Army provides resources to those who lack the basic needs and access to a healthy lifestyle. The Salvation Army gives local a hope, social services, housing, programs, and an open door to their church.

ST. VINCENT DE PAUL SOCIETY- Located on Baltimore Street is a non-profit food and clothing bank welcome to anyone in need.

WICLocated on Olympia Way, WIC is a supplemental nutrition program for pregnant women, new mothers, and children under 5. They provide mothers and kids with nutrition and support classes so mothers and their children have access to a healthy lifestyle.

Includes: nutrition education, breastfeeding support, pumps, monthly benefits for supplemental, prescribed nutritious food, health programs.

Woodland

WIC- is located on Lewis River Street. WIC provides pregnant women, new moms, and little children up to 5  food, education, and health services.

Includes: supplemental foods, health care referrals, nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, non-breastfeeding postpartum women, infants and children up to age five found to be at nutritional risk.
